Everything was really good, met what was needed, and the staff were very amiable people on executive shift. We stayed in a double room with an electric kettle, air conditioning, and an individual safe.

It was a such great experience. I stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was perfect, with good and unbeatable location just next door to supermarket as well as Rodadero.

The friendly staff and the delicious buffet breakfast. Plus, being just a 15-minute walk to Santa Marta's historic cathedral and the beautiful beaches at Rodadero was a real bonus.

The hotel was spotless with well-appointed and modern rooms and supper friendly stuff. There where climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel TV in the room, loved that. The breakfast was nice with plenty of dishes to choose from. The setting of property was good, near to the beach.

A surprise at every corner

Especially Natalia at the front desk who learned our names. Enjoyed the tranquil poolside ambiance and the beach access.

Although the breakfast seemed promising, it was somewhat underwhelming for the price, and dining options nearby were more appealing.

Couples Retreat, A Mixed Bag

The front desk staff were genuinely nice. I especially appreciated that breakfast was solid, had a good variety of options, and tasted great.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still acceptable for what we got.

The superior queen room with a sofa bed had a beautiful view of the mountains and sea. It was also nice that they provided free medical services if you needed it. The location is fantastic too, with supermarkets just down the road and easy access to buses.

Excellent place with great amenities like free wi-fi, a lovely outdoor swimming pool, and a well-equipped fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped with my wake-up call. I highly recommend it for a city break!

The pool area was inviting, but it could use some more maintenance to keep it fresh, as I noticed some debris that needed attention. An area of concern was the limited beach amenities. Plastic chairs instead of proper sunbeds made lounging less comfortable, and they were often too few . Waiting during peak hours felt frustrating, especially on the higher floors. The location made up for it, being just a short stroll to the beach. I left feeling content with my stay, but a few adjustments could enhance the experience further.
